Wedding Day Event Coordination
Our vast experience gained from catering for hundreds of weddings enables Icon Event Catering to provide a first class wedding day coordination service.
We offer a wedding day only service so you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable day. Our dedicated wedding day event manager will work closely with you to create a beautiful and stress free wedding day.
This service is perfect for couples who have planned their own wedding but would like to be free to enjoy their wedding day secure in the confidence that an experienced professional is looking after all the detail.
Our wedding day management service will be tailored personally to your needs.
Service Fee: $840 including GST ( 8 hour package) additional hours @ $105 per hour
- Consultation with bride and groom to plan the day
- Unlimited phone and email contact with Icon Event Catering
- Creation of wedding day run sheet for bridal party and suppliers
- Oversee styling and decoration for the wedding reception
- Schedule all suppliers for the wedding day
- Prepare wedding party for formal entry into the reception
- Meet and greet guests on arrival
- Liaise with MC, venue, and all suppliers
- Prompt MC regarding speeches and announcements
- Coordinate cake cutting and first dance
- Oversee guest departure and pack down of venue

I wanted to say a massive thank you for all the work and support you, Nick and the team at Icon did in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding. From the first email and phone call you were attentive and accommodating. You and Nick made us feel like we were working with a company that cared as much about our big day as we did.
The food, drink and service on the day was exceptional and people are still talking about the mushroom arancini! I don't have much experience with catering an event but I am positive that we weren't the simplest function but you all took it in your stride. Those with dietary requirements reported exceptional service from the wait staff and got to enjoy a range of food with confidence which is not often possible (especially for highly sensitive coeliacs). Icon's help with the pack-down was also invaluable and made it possible for us to leave the party at the end of the night knowing it was in good hands.
I would not hesitate to recommend Icon to friend's and family and I am looking forward to another excuse for a party to hire you again. Please pass on my thanks to all the crew, you helped make a very special day perfect. All the best,
