Hello Roger, I wanted to express my thanks for the wonderful way that you and your staff catered for our School’s Year 6 Graduation on Friday night. It was with some nervousness that I agreed to organise the catering for an event of 100 people, something I had never done before. However from the minute I spoke to you and your staff I sensed that our special evening was in safe hands, and it was. The food was incredible and the staff who attended to us on the night were professional, courteous and completely in control from the moment they arrived, there wasn’t a moment that I felt I needed to step in and so got to enjoy the evening uninterrupted.
