Sorry I haven’t been in touch before this but I came down with the flu day of our party, and really haven’t been 100% these past couple of weeks.
Anyway just some feed back regarding your catering which was absolutely wonderful, there was plenty of it and the staff were also incredible very helpful, polite, and lots of fun. Everyone commented on what a great catering company you have you should be very proud of everyone. Great job by everyone, and I know you can count on more orders from our guests in the near future.
Even though I wasn’t able to taste all the food, just didn’t feel well enough what I did have was just delicious.
In fact I really feel a bit on the cheated side and just wish we could do it all over again so that I could enjoy it like I had planned.
Never mind maybe we can do it again in five years time, same place same caterer’s.

So once again Dick and I give you and your company..100 out of 100 for food and service.

It was exactly what we were after for our second wedding celebration by the beach - great food in an informal setting. The response to my initial inquiry was excellent - Roger got back to me quickly and with a proposal that exactly suited our needs and showed he had really listened to what we were after. You made the entire event seem effortless in rather tricky conditions…the weather was iffy, there was a large amount of people (some in rather confined space)s & it was also a sultry occasion we were commemorating.
We must have been asked by almost every guest…”who did the catering” & in particular the salads?! The food was just beautiful, as were the staff & the chefs! The clean up was seamless & in fact we didn’t even see the crew leave to give our gratitude to them personally.

It was with some nervousness that I agreed to organise the catering for an event of 100 people, something I had never done before. However from the minute I spoke to you and your staff I sensed that our special evening was in safe hands, and it was.
