Buffet Catering Sydney & Northern Beaches – Buffet Menus

You may create your own buffet from the different sections of our buffet menu.  Please choose 3 main dish options and make 4 selections from our hot vegetables and fresh salads.  Freshly baked breads and butter are complimentary.


Prime Roasts – main dish

Roast leg of pork w crackling and apple sauce

Grain fed scotch fillet w red wine jus

Leg of lamb infused w garlic & rosemary

Baked double smoked leg ham w honey glaze


Cold Meats – main dish 

Premium double smoked leg ham carved off the bone

Prime roast beef sliced medium rare

Oven roasted chicken pieces

Roast turkey breast fillet w cranberry sauce


Hot Pasta Dishes – main dish 

Slow cooked lamb, orrecchiette pasta, preserved lemon, marjoram, reggiano parmesan

Harbour prawn linguine, lemon, chilli, parsley, tomato & roquette

Lemon, spinach, ricotta tortellini w mint & parsley

Japanese pumpkin ravioli w crushed tomatoes, soft feta


Contemporary Dishes – main dish 

Thai chicken jungle curry w snake beans, baby corn, bean sprouts

Moroccan lamb tagine w dates, apricots, saffron

Fresh Seafood – seafood selections are at an additional cost to the below menu price

e.g.  Buffet menu w King Prawns for 40 guests: $38 pp plus $7.5 pp.    

Ocean king prawns w fresh lemon & seafood sauce – $7.5 pp

Sydney rock oysters (natural) w lemon – $5.5 pp

Mixed seafood platter – king prawns, oysters, crab, NZ mussels, octopus & salmon – $15.9 pp

Whole poached atlantic salmon – $9.9 pp


Hot Vegetable Dishes

Creamy baked desiree potato gratin

Lemon, thyme, garlic roasted baby potatoes & onions

Steamed cauliflower w cheddar cheese béchamel sauce

Array of seasonal vegetables w lemon herb butter

Roasted root & mediterranean vegetables w balsamic syrup

Hand cut chunky chips w garlic aioli

Smooth potato mash w chive butter
