Spit Roast Catering Party Success

Hi Lindsay,

Just wanted to thank you and Juan for a wonderful night on Saturday.  
The food was sensational and the feedback from the boys (and girls)  
has been glowing.

You both did a marvelous job of looking after the catering and the  
guests, and the house was spotless when you left - thanks so much!

Last night we finished off the lamb but still have quite a lot in the  
fridge. We're trying to come up with some creative ways to best use  
the vegetables - perhaps a soup?!!

Please pass on our thanks to Juan - we're very grateful that you  
helped to make the night the success that it was.
