Thank you so much for last night.  It was a huge success.  Our clients and staff were very impressed with the service and the food..I thought your staff were wonderful, so attentive and polite.
You are to be congratulated on such a great effort.  I must admit I actually put a kilo on since yesterday morning, must have been the chocolate pudding!
