I have had nothing but good feedback about the food you served

The service was fantastic, you & your staff came in and set up with very little disruption and then, once all the food was served, you cleaned up and were gone before I knew it. Considering you were catering for a group of almost 300 people that was very impressive. I have had nothing but good feedback about the food you served, with many people making a point of mentioning it to me and some asking for your name for future reference.
