Back to back Restaurant and Catering Awards for Icon Event Catering

Last night in Darling Harbour at the prestigious 2010 NSW Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence, Icon Event Catering proved that last year was no accident by winning back to back awards "NSW Metropolitan Corporate Caterer of the year and Wedding Caterer -Offsite."

Following up last years triumph of winning both the NSW and Australian Corporate Caterer awards against very stiff opposition Icon Event Catering also won honorable mention in the Wedding-Offsite category as there were no other finalists. As the presenter stated last night Icon seems to have frightened off all other competitors in this division!

Special thanks must go to our Head Chef - Jason Hook and his wonderful team in the kitchen including Burcu, Andreas and Dale. To our dedicated floorstaff Kelly, Lynsey, Sherry, Pippa, Jo, Les and Sam to name a few and the wonderful team at Edge Hospitality - a big Big thank you!

Special mention must go to John and Claire Osborne of Osborne Yuille and Associates and Enda Hughes for their undying support and belief in building this family business so we can now wrestle with the big boys.
